Sharlenes gentle way created a safe atmosphere where I transformed deep grief into acceptance, a deeper understanding of life and even joy. Her solid knowledge of energy assisted not only my peace of mind, I also believe that my passing Mother benefited. The fact that Sharlene cares for me and is assessable to me is a great comfort.

I just had to write a few words with regards to Sharlene Young and her work as a RET Trainer.
I was moved and encouraged by Sharlenes warm and accepting persona, I learnt so much as a trainee of this wonderful tool - RET, and I just know that having trainers such as Sharlene has made such a difference to how I view the tool of RET, my practice, my clients and myself.
If you are thinking of training in RET then don't hesitate, I have never expereinced training like this before and I know I am a better person and practitioner for it!

In the two years since I experienced RET sessions with Sharlene, I and my life, have changed so dramatically. I went to the institute feeling like I was stuck in a rut, experiencing the same patterns over and over and not understanding "why"... I felt victimized and had given away my power and personal responsibility by blaming others for my feelings and circumstances. I was so caught up in defending my "wounded" self, I didn't know how to forgive or truly feel gratitude. In short, I was miserable!
I felt no judgment from Sharlene, only a very calm and reassuring, unconditional love as she guided me in releasing these negative beliefs and emotions and discovering my own worth and ability to love and forgive myself and others. In that releasing and discovery, I came to know a peacefulness I hadn't imagined possible... It was the first (and a very necessary) step in consciously creating my life. Learning and applying very simple and effective life skills is making such a difference in the joyfulness I am experiencing in my life!
Sharlene is a gifted and compassionate healer who uses many modalities in assisting her clients. My life, and my family's, have been greatly blessed by her caring assistance... Thank you, Sharlene....
