It can feel as if it is a roller coaster ride moving up, down, looping, with seemingly no end in sight. We all have an inner capacity to believe in ourselves, to feel worthy, good enough, and powerful, capable of achieving anything we desire. It is just a matter of tapping into our inner resources to find that place and begin a conscious journey of healing and growth. My name is Shari Prior.
