When I found Rapid Eye Therapy I was so depressed I could hardly move. I wanted to die. Each breath was painful. I was a young mom with three babies. I could barely take care of them or myself. My husband did what he could but the situation was overwhelming. I was emotionally illiterate. I did not know I was suffering from depression. I thought I was lazy and that there was something wrong with me but mostly I hurt in every cell of my body. Ranae helped me understand that my depression was a very natural response to the death of my parents at age four and the sexual abuse I survived in my childhood.
