In my personal experience I had tried many different modalities for my reoccurring depression, mood swings and panic attacks. My life was becoming more and more stressful. Through Rapid Eye I was able to free myself from the burden of my negative thoughts and emotions. I now feel that the true essence of who I am can shine through. This has changed virtually every aspect of my life.
