I am so glad that I did Rapid Eye Therapy with Jeanne. I had a major issue with my husband that I didn't want to say even to Jeanne. She said that I didn't have to tell her what it was, but that I just needed to think about it and tell her what the emotions were that were coming up for me. I was able to do this easily because I knew how the issue made me feel, but I felt it was private between my husband and myself.
